The Windows Vista driver libary is rubbish. Try and google a Vista driver for it, but it may be your company has not yet released a Vista driver, despite Vista being in production for 5 years! Get in touch with the company who made the product if you are having no luck- they will supply you with a driver as soon as they (or someone else makes them.) _________________ Every time an angel cries, Internet Explorer has crashed and died.

| The first thing I tried was the company, then I tried to find a standard Vista USB audio device driver, there aint one, so I'm stuffed until they release one, which means I cannot accept web design contracts over the phone, so if you are looking for web design please visit http://webdesign.simnorcomputing.com or email simnor@gmail.com or simonnorth@simnorcomputing.com |

| I now have Ubuntu installed on my laptop as I move away from Windows Vista, cause its p****d me off so much. And I plugged in my VOIP phone, then installed the Windows version of the software on linux and it works perfectly. |
